What is the CR badge, really?
It's part of an open standard called C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity). LinkedIn scans uploaded images for a C2PA manifest and shows the badge when it finds one. Some AI tools embed this by default. So do some ordinary editing apps.
Does removing it break any rules?
